Congress, has been asked to review the Rural Housing Service's (RHS) Section
521 Multifamily Housing Rental Assistance program. Specifically, the Congress
is interested in how RHS allocates rental assistance through its state and local
offices. As part of this study, GAO has developed this survey to send to all RHS
state and local offices to collect information on various issues related to the
Section 521 program.
