Subject: Final Reminder – Section 521 Rental Assistance (RA) Program Survey
On March 12th we notified you about a web-based survey the U.S. General
Accounting Office (GAO) is conducting as part of a study on the Rural Housing Service's
(RHS) Section 521 Rental Assistance Program.
According to our records you have not yet completed the questionnaire. We ask that you
please complete the questionnaire by Friday, April 16, 2004. It is very important that we
receive information from as many respondents as possible in order to provide accurate
and complete information to the Congress. To ensure that your responses are included,
please complete the survey by the final deadline. Survey responses received after Friday,
April 16, 2004 will not be recorded.
You may be receiving this message because you did not check "completed" on the last
page of the questionnaire, although you may have answered all of the questions. If this is
