On March 12th we notified you about a web-based survey the U.S. General
Accounting Office (GAO) is conducting as part of a study on the Rural
Housing Service's (RHS) Section 521 Rental Assistance Program.
According to our records you have not yet completed the questionnaire.
It is very important that we receive information from as many
respondents as possible in order to provide accurate and complete
information to the Congress. We ask that you please complete the
questionnaire by Friday, April 2, 2004.
