TO ALL FEE DEMONSTRATION PROJECT COORDINATORS:
If you've already completed the GAO Internet survey prior to receiving
this e-mail message, thank you for your effort; you need read no further.
For those of you who have yet to complete the survey, this is to let
you know that the GAO Internet survey concerning your project's
participation in the fee demonstration program is still in progress.
To increase the rate of response, GAO HAS EXTENDED THE SURVEY DEADLINE
UNTIL MARCH 30, 2001.
Your completed survey response is vital for an accurate analysis of
several key issues of interest both to the Congress and your agency
concerning the fee demonstration program. Please take a moment during
the next week to complete your response.
In order for the questionnaire responses to accurately reflect the state
of fee demonstration projects throughout the 4 agencies, we need your
help in completing the questionnaire. As of Friday morning, March 23,
2001, the response rates were:

In previous e-mail messages, GAO provided instructions for accessing
the survey and identified the specific project(s) for which you should
respond. If you are responding for more than one project, please
complete a separate response for each one.
Also, as a reminder, when you have completed the questionnaire, please
indicate this in the last question of the questionnaire. Your answers
will not be used unless you have completed this question.
