From: U.S. General Accounting OfficeSubject: Survey of Recreational Fee Demonstration Program Officials We have now activated GAO's survey regarding your project's participation in the recreational fee demonstration program. To obtain valid data, we need a response from all the projects participating in the program including yours. In some cases, your project may involve multiple sites however we need one consolidated response for the project as a whole, which incorporates all sites participating in the project. This email is being sent to you because, according to our records, you are the coordinator for the "{$PROJECT}" project. If you are a manager for more than one fee demonstration project, you should have received a separate e-mail for each project and will need to complete a separate questionnaire for each project. (Note: You will be sent a separate user name and password for each questionnaire.) If you have further questions or need assistance regarding the questionnaire, please contact either Brian Estes or Frank Kovalak of GAO as listed below. Please note that the scope of this survey is limited to fees and fee collection methods whose revenue is counted under the fee demonstration program.
