If you have already marked the complete option to the last question (Q.32) on the GAO questionnaire on the factors that impact the effectiveness of U.S. Public Diplomacy prior to receiving this email message, thank you for your effort; you do not need to continue to read the rest of this message.
For those of you who have yet to complete the questionnaire or forgot to mark the complete option to the last question (Q.32), this is to let you know that the GAO Internet survey is still in progress.
To increase the rate of response, GAO HAS EXTENDED THE SURVEY DEADLINE. If you have misplaced or have not yet received the instructions to access the survey, they are provided below.
If you prefer filling out a printed copy, click on this link to open an Acrobat PDF file (Size: 192k): http://www.gao.gov/survey/statepao/paosurveyfax.pdf.
If you have an Adobe Acrobat Reader, the PDF version of the web survey will open up within the Adobe Software. Then, you can print it to a printer which accepts the PDF format. Once you print it, you can complete the paper copy and fax it back to us at either (202) 512-2514 or (202) 512-2502.

To begin filling out the survey, please follow these instructions:
First thing you should do is print this email and keep it near your computer for future reference.
1. When you double click on the web site below, you will first see a "Hello" screen". After reading it, hit the logon button. Then be prepared to enter the following User name (upper and lower case important)and Password, which are unique to your survey:
User Name: {$q_uname}
Password: {$q_pswd}
2. In some e-mail readers, you can open your web browser and go to our survey Web site just by double-clicking on the address below:
http://www.gao.gov/survey/statepao
If you can't do this from your e-mail reader, first open your web browser and then type or paste the survey address in the "Address" text box (towards the top of your browser screen). You must type this address exactly as it appears here!
3. Hit enter, and your browser will take you to our survey Web site.
4. Please be sure that you read all of the instructions and information about this survey carefully before you begin filling out the survey.
